Important To Know: In order to help with a new home purchase, we must accompany you on your first visit to the sales office.
Builders will typically roll out several homes in each phase of their project. You may see prices increase with each phase. Depending on how early you connect with the builder, you may have an opportunity to make design choices on your home! Sometimes offer discounts on closing costs or a rate buy down as an incentive. We love to negotiate with the builder for upgrades and credits!
To really get a custom home, we can help you purchase a property and then introduce you to a builder to design and build your home from the ground up.
