We might be biased, but we believe that Cambrian and South Willow Glen are jewels in the crown of Silicon Valley! Year after year, home buyers set their sights on this area as their target location, and we almost always have a strong demand for our homes as a result.
Why? Well, let’s go over the top reasons we hear from the buyers we meet:
- Central location. Have you ever noticed that we are only a 15 minute drive to almost everything? Shopping and dining in Los Gatos, Campbell, Willow Glen, Santana Row, Valley Fair, not to mention we’re close to HWY 17 when it’s time to head to the beach.
- Schools. The schools here are well respected and admired. Three Elementary school districts cover the Cambrian/South Willow Glen area providing excellent options: Union, Cambrian, and San Jose Unified. In addition, Campbell Union and San Jose Unified provide well-respected high schools for our students.
- Attractive and consistent neighborhoods. We always hear compliments from buyers about the pretty neighborhoods and the tree-lined streets. You just see a higher level of “pride of ownership” across the board here.
- Mid-level pricing for the Silicon Valley. Buyers tend to shop across multiple MLS areas, but consistently focus in on our area for the best combination of location, schools, beauty and price.
Finally, I will add OUR family’s favorite thing: The friendly neighbors who look out for each other. This is increasingly difficult to find in a neighborhood. I constantly see people stopping on their walks to say “Hi” to each other, and letting each other know they left a garage door open or found a lost pet. This kindness and thoughtfulness is what makes people who move to the area want to stay here. It’s HOME.
